All eligible products purchased from GardenXtra are covered by a 3-year limited warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
If your product experiences a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue during the warranty period, we will evaluate the claim and, when applicable, provide one of the following solutions:
- Repair the product.
- Replace it with a brand-new identical item.
- Replace it with a product of equal or greater value if the original item is no longer available.
- Offer another appropriate resolution if repair or replacement is not possible.
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your warranty claim is approved:
- We will send a replacement product at no additional cost whenever possible.
- If the exact product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement of equal or greater value.
- If replacement is not feasible, we may repair the product or provide another appropriate solution.
YOUR RIGHTS
Any replacement product provided under this warranty will continue to be covered by the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty is provided in addition to any consumer rights available under applicable law.
