WHO CAN APPLY
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:
- Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or
- Operate an established online business with an existing customer base.
Wholesale products may not be resold through third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Etsy
- Walmart Marketplace
- Other similar marketplaces
Wholesale purchases are intended strictly for resale and are not available for personal use.
APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
Every wholesale application is carefully reviewed.
GardenXtra reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline any wholesale application.
- Cancel or suspend a wholesale account if our policies are violated.
- Refuse service when necessary to protect our brand and customers.
PRICING
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers purchasing products for resale.
- Promotional pricing offered to retail customers cannot be combined with wholesale pricing.
For custom pricing or large-volume orders, please contact our sales team.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
Our wholesale pricing already includes substantial savings.
Additional discounts are available only:
- During special promotions announced by GardenXtra.
- Through custom agreements for large-volume purchases.
Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Invoices are available upon request.
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.
- We currently do not offer Net 30 or other credit payment terms.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.
- Free shipping is available on qualifying wholesale orders.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by law.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
After payment has been received:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
BULK & B2B SALES
GardenXtra welcomes partnerships with retailers, distributors, and commercial buyers.
If you are interested in:
- Large-volume purchases
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Long-term supply agreements
- Custom wholesale pricing

DAMAGED ITEMS
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Report any damage within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item.
Our team will work quickly to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
